Are your items cleaned and sanitized?

Absolutely! The safety of our guests is our top priority. All items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. 

Is there a time limit for rentals ?

Yes, our standard rental period is 24 hours, but extended time can be arranged for an additional fee.

Do we have to pick up, set up, and tear down?

No! All items are delivered and picked up by our team. While larger items like tents and games are always set up and torn down by our professionally trained staff for safety, smaller items such as chairs and tables are delivered but not set up or broken down by us. Customers are responsible for arranging those.

Can we cancel if our event is already confirmed?

Yes, cancellations are allowed with at least 72 hour notice. While refunds are unavailable, any funds paid will be credited toward rescheduling your event at a later date.

How do we finalize our booking?

To fully confirm your event, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit. This ensures that your date and items are secured just for you.
