How does the delivery and pickup process work for the photo booth rental?

We offer delivery to Phoenix and surrounding areas for your convenience. The delivery fee is based on mileage from our location to your specified delivery address. Pickup is also available within the same delivery areas.

Is a deposit required, and what are the cancellation/rescheduling terms?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking to secure your reservation. You can reschedule your rental for free with at least 48 hours' notice. Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete details.

When will the photo booth be delivered?

Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact us to make arrangements.

When will the photo booth be picked up?

The photo booth will be picked up on the agreed-upon date, usually between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. For same-day pickups, the latest pickup time is 8:00 pm. Free overnight pickup is available for later hour events.
