How does the delivery and pickup process work for the yard card rentals?
We offer delivery to Phoenix and surrounding areas for your convenience. The delivery fee is based on mileage from our location to your specified delivery address.
Is a deposit required, and what are the cancellation/rescheduling terms?
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required upon booking to secure your reservation. You can reschedule your rental for free with at least 48 hours' notice. Please refer to our terms and conditions for complete details.
When will the yard card rentals be delivered?
Delivery and setup can be scheduled for the night before your event as a surprise or on the morning of the event.Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you require a specific delivery time, please contact us to make arrangements.

The yard card rentals will be picked up on the agreed-upon date, usually between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. For same-day pickups, the latest pickup time is 8:00 pm.
